• Lifetime Guarantee covers span of 20 Years from date of purchase. Company promises to replace the stainless-steel product if it is found defective in material or craftsmanship.
• Life time Guarantee covers breakage of Stainless-steel products under normal usages.

It does not cover

• Any commercial use
• Discoloration of product/part of product
• Scratches on products
• Reasonable wear and tear
• Any defects caused by any kind of misuse

At FNS, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we create. Your NuChef Triply Cookware is built with precision, using three layers of premium stainless steel and aluminium for lasting performance.

What is Covered

• This warranty is valid for 10 years from the date of purchase and covers:
• Triply Bonding – Separation or delamination of the three-layer construction.
• Base Integrity – Warping of the base under normal household cooking conditions.
• Handle Strength – Breakage of welded or riveted handles due to manufacturing defects.
• Rusting / Corrosion – On stainless steel surfaces, under normal domestic use.
• If a defect covered under this warranty occurs, FNS will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear, discoloration, or stains caused by heat, oil, or water.
• Surface scratches, dents, or abrasions from utensils, stacking, or dishwashing.
• Damage due to misuse, overheating empty cookware, or sudden thermal shock.
• Use in commercial kitchens or other non-household environments.
