FnS NuChef offers two Triply pressure cooker lines built for different cooking styles and kitchen preferences — the Atlas Outer Lid Cooker and the Aegis Inner Lid Cooker — both constructed with the same 3-ply stainless steel-aluminium-stainless steel base used across the NuChef range for even, efficient heating under pressure. This line sits outside the Triply Series and Mini Series groupings as its own dedicated pressure cooking range.

Tri-Ply Outer Lid Cooker — Atlas

Tri-Ply Inner Lid Cooker — Aegis

A Tri-Ply Pressure Pan (3.5 ltr) is also available for wider, shallower pressure cooking — useful when you want faster cooking with more surface area, such as for rice or one-pot meals.

Why Choose the FnS Triply Pressure Cooker

• 3-ply base for fast, even heat build-up, which shortens overall cooking time.
• Choice of outer-lid (Atlas) or inner-lid (Aegis) design, depending on your preferred cooking and sealing style.
• Durable stainless steel body that resists warping and staining over years of pressure cooking.
• Range of capacities from 1 litre to 5.5 litres to match household size.

What You Can Cook In It

Rice, dal, rajma and chole, meat curries, and one-pot meals that benefit from faster cooking under steam pressure — a staple appliance for daily Indian cooking.
